  3. Visiting bloggy friends really quick before I get consumed by today's "things to do"...Just prayed for you sis and will keep you in prayers. Yesterday, I brought some kids with my son to play tennis against another school. It was windy and lots of plants in that tennis club. So, my sinuses feel heavy, too. May the Lord heal us with our allergies! It's an awful feeling. Take care sis and keeping you in thoughts and prayers. Love and blessings to you.

  4. So sorry to hear this! Have you tried Singulair? My husband takes this daily and rarely has to use the inhaler.

Is the picture at top of your blog where you live or where you visit? Just wanted to let you know it is beautiful . . . bad for allergies but a great place to praise God.

  24. Oh I can totally relate. I'll pray for you, my friend.

I used to need an inhaler four times a day, but between my shots and daily medication I rarely need my inhaler now.

However, whenever I get a cold it knocks my peak flow down, and then I'm back on the inhaler again!

My shots have helped big time, but I'll always have some trouble with allergies from time to time.

  32. As a fellow asthmatic, I totally understand how you feel .. Keep your inhaler, nebulizer machine, prednisone, oyxgen cannister close by , lol, sometimes those are the only things that get me through the days, and nights.. I am right now, pretty much homebound because I am on oxygen, because of having pneumonia just diagnoses, after 2 weeks of antibiotics that didn't touch the infection in my lungs.. ugg.. but God will heal, and bring me much learning, and grace when I get frustrated in not being able to do anything.. He is good.. He will bring resting to you, too, dear sister...

  33. Sorry you are under the weather... hope all is better soon.

    This is Marydon ~

    G'day, Ladies ...
Sherry will arrive on April 16th so we are planning a luncheon on April 17th in Mt. Airy, MD. After the luncheon (I personally am paying for everyone's lunch) we will come back to my house for a gathering of good times, great chatter & enjoyment. I'd like the gathering of we ladies to be around 12:30PM if it will work for you all. Final details will follow.

I have 2 extra beds & a couch for anyone who needs a stay over ... first come first serve.

We (Mt. Airy) are located just off Rt. 70 half way between Frederick & Baltimore.

I will need to know 2 weeks in advance of your coming for the restaurant reservations I've made. Please let me know ... we are so looking forward to meeting you all.

    TTFN ~ Hugs, Marydon

  42. Andrea,
You know what? I had your blog confused with Heart to Heart when I asked about the picture at the top of your blog. It was actually Kat's blog I was looking at and somehow I was reading your post about allergies. Sorry. I bet you thought how can the ocean be bad for allergies. Anyway I am praying you are feeling better.
