Living Life

Sadness and sorrow will invade my path...
Greater still...
Opportunities taken...
From life's tragedies...
Begin anew.
A fresh start each day, given...

Precious are the memories held
From a life well-lived...
Examples of strength, grace, and character.

Precious are the moments...
Woven in time...
filled with flavor and excitement...

Life is not boring...
It's what we make of it...
Each season...
Filled with opportunities...

Sadness and sorrow give birth to joy and fellowship...
Happy is the heart that finds home!

Living Life,
Andrea

  8. I love this poem....so true. It resonates with me right now. I am feeling so much better today. It is amazing how much of a rollercoaster life is. We are riding it with HIM so we will be OK even when the dips are more than we can take.

  16. I really appreciate those words today, as I "celebrate" with someone special who, on this day last year, was hours away from death.

We chose to hope, love, live and laugh, no matter the sorrow, because the God of Comfort is with us at all times.

    Peace and love.

  18. And life is truly short...like a vapor. Here now. Gone tomorrow. "It's what we make of it." I love those words. God bless you sis and praying you're feeling better. I was able to recover after a week from my sinus symptoms. Awful! Take care.
