Hope

"My soul waits in silence for God only; From Him is my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation. My stronghold; I shall not be greatly shaken." Psalm 62:1-2

As I sit in the quiet of the morning, I soak in the presence of my Heavenly Father. He is the rock that holds me steady when all else fells. He is the strength that embodies my being. Through the difficulties of this life, I have leaned heavily on Him and He has never left me. He is my hope. He is the only hope. I cling to Him from the core of my being.

Praying God's peace, comfort, and healing touch on all who long for it,

Andrea

  21. Sister Andrea, may I ask you to please pray for me as I go to work tonight and tomorrow? For the Lord to shield me against the flu viruses going on at my workplace. My coworker told me that it had spread to other segments in one unit. Other inmates perhaps are faking their mandowns so they could also be checked out even if they don't have the flu. So can't imagine how our night will be like. It was already busy last week I was there. Thank you sister for your friendship and being a prayer buddy. God bless. Have a great weekend and praying that your pain goes away in Jesus' Name. I know it's not fun having my own neck injury many yrs. ago. Love you in Christ.
