"God's a safe-house for the battered, a sanctuary during hard times." Psalm 9:9 The Message
"Pile your troubles on God's shoulders- He'll carry your load, he'll help you out." Psalm 55:22 The Message
Today, I am remembering many times in my life when I felt beaten down beyond rescue. I am here today, to say: GOD is faithful! I piled my burdens upon HIS shoulders and indeed HE carried my load. The journey was found to be most difficult, however, HE saw me through. I am here today, because I received strength, comfort, love, and guidance from my Heavenly Father.
Have you piled your burdens on GODS shoulders?
Continuing to find comfort,
Andrea
Amen my sister....ME TOO! Thank you Lord for being our Strong Tower...our Ever Present Help in time on Need!
ReplyDeleteHe WILL carry our burdens! AMEN!!!
ReplyDeleteI always find that whenever I give my troubles, hurts or burdens to the Lord, that he carries them for me, and the weight of them are lifted from my shoulders. He is always there to help...all we need to do is ask in his name for his help in these matters..
ReplyDeleteGod is such a wonderful and caring God!!
Have a great day and weekend too!
Blessings,
~Lynn

I am with you on this. It IS because of Jesus that I have not given up in many ways. I always find myself in I. Peter 5:7. I know that Jesus cares for me. In thee trying times, I have to remember that and take it to heart. This post was right on time for me and I am sure for many others. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, beautiful words, Andrea... I loved what you wrote here. Without His shoulders bearing me up I would not have made it.
