Savannah: "Nana, Guess what?"
Nana: "What Squeaky?"
Savannah: "I have
taste bugs on my tongue!"
Nana: "Don't you mean
taste buds?"
Savannah: "No, Nana! See these little white dots on my tongue! They are
taste bugs!"
Nana: "Why do you have them?"
Savannah: "My
taste bugs tell me when I like what I eat!"
I am blessed to be Nana! I love the conversations I am able to have with Savannah, aka Squeaky as she grows and matures.
Blessings and prayers,
andrea

How very precious. Are grandkiddos not the most wonderful things in the world? You wont forget that conversation!
Isn't that the cutest thing!
Love it! My "taste bugs" had a fun day eating Belgian chocolate. :)
Lovely Andrea. Blessings.
No wonder Jesus loved children - their innocence, their simple look at life, their beautiful hearts - we can learn a thing or two from them!!
I can so remember some of the "words" that my sons came up with when they were little. One was "eye-byes" (eyebrows) and "fingnagels" (fingernails). Treasured memories.
Give Squeaky a squeeze from me!
Blessings to you and yours on this wonder-full Palm Sunday!
Little kids are so wise. And so much fun. We called our second daughter "Squeaky!" (At 51, she has definitely outgrown that moniker.)
I just love how this conversation reflects our many conversations with our heavenly Father. I have a feeling that I've said many things to Him over the years that was not perfect, but I got to dwell in His presence because He simply loved me.

This is so precious. I am not around very many small children, but I love it when they say things like that.
How cute and what an infectious smile!
Love Di ♥
Dearest Andrea,
You KNOW how much I love grandchildren and your little one is so beautiful and precious...such a sweet and innocent conversation. It made me smile from ear-to-ear and my heart wrapped itself around her and you across cyberspace.
May the Lord bless your heart immensely this Easter season.
Love you,
Alleluiabelle
That is so adorable. Bet you had to try not to laugh.
