Struggling With a Call

So many of us find ourselves struggling as we seek to follow GOD's will for our lives. HE lays the plan before us, gives us guidance, and clear direction, yet when the enemy tosses obstacles in our paths we stumble and act clueless. It seems so silly when we remember "the battle belongs to the LORD." With all the head and heart knowledge I still stumble and fall.

GOD has given me clear direction on a project and daily I find every excuse not to work on it. The difficulties and distractions come from every direction. I share this with you because I am confident I am not the only one struggling. Let us join together in prayer for one another. Let us remember where HE leads HE will supply all we need and if we face a fire, HE will go with us through it.

"1 But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you.
      O Israel, the one who formed you says,
   “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you.
      I have called you by name; you are mine.
 2 When you go through deep waters,
      I will be with you.
   When you go through rivers of difficulty,
      you will not drown.
   When you walk through the fire of oppression,
      you will not be burned up;
      the flames will not consume you.
 3 For I am the Lord, your God,
      the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.
   I gave Egypt as a ransom for your freedom;
      I gave Ethiopia[a] and Seba in your place."

Isaiah 43:1-3 NLT

By HIS mercy and in the grip of HIS grace,

Andrea

I know God will give you the grace to do what He calls you to do. We do all struggle with the distractions.

I love Isaiah 43. That is the scripture God gave me when I had an illness last winter. It helped so much.

No, Andrea, you are not the only one struggling. Victory is certain, however, because God is faithful. We are endure and are encouraged by His words.

Our faith may fail, His never wanes- That's who He is, He cannot change! - 2 Timothy 2:3

He loved us first, and will remain faithful to us to the end.

I, too, am in this situation.

Dear God;
Please wrap your arms of love around Andrea and all who fall victim to this procrastination. Show us what we have to do and give us the strength and courage to follow You in whatever way You lead. I ask this out of Your marvelous grace and love for those who serve You. In Jesus' name I ask. AMEN

We ALL struggle with things from time to time. It is so easy to pick up those struggles and walk off, but if we let Him take them, the journey is so much better. Praying for you as you move on where you need to be.
