Andrea, Your pictues and posts are very touching. I'm still laughing over the last one about smelling manuer. Thank you for helping us see that we are not alone in our daily lives.
Just did last night at work...But everything okay by God's grace. Thank you for your prayers. Have a great weekend sister and I love that picture of that clear water. Blessings.
When we feel like we are swimming upstream it is definitely time for a break...and some deep breathing. God is there.
Please do me a favor. Would you go to my blog and “follow” me again? Because I changed my URL, I have lost many of my readers. I know you can still hunt me down, but this will make it ever so much easier on you. I will once again show up on your Reader and Blog Roll. I knew this would happen but needed to change to be more representative of who I am now. I think this is the best fix. Thanks for your time. If you have another solution, let me know! Thanky!!!!!
Yes I do feel this way, especially since I had to take a job on a night shift. Thanks for remindng me I am not alone in this and I know he is there with me.
Andrea, I often feel as though I'm swimming upstream, with the daily responsibilities that never seem to be completed. He is ever present, though, even in the strongest current...I'll not be swept away!
I love your cow story...I don't really like the "fragrance" of cow manure, but I do appreciate farms and living in the country, which cows seem to represent. I don't think of the meat they produce, only that they are part of our heritage and our farming community, and for that, I am grateful.
Every time I pick my child up at school I feel like I am swimming upstream in a sea of children. At least they smell better than salmon-well, most of them anyway!Love the music---

I believe that we are all swimming upstream until we meet our maker. Just that sometimes people forget what they are doing.

Great point Andrea. Thank you for the reminder. I don't know how people make it through this life without Jesus.
