A Call To Prayer

"Answer me when I call to you, O God who declares me innocent. Free me from my troubles. Have mercy on me and hear my prayer." Psalm 4:1 NLT

"Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart." Colossians 4:2 NLT

First, I would like to share a PRAISE:

~My great nephew, Amden is once again amazing the doctors and everyone else who sees him. He is "sitting up" and we praise GOD for his progress. At seven months, his Heavenly Father is already using him in glorious ways. Don't you just love it when GOD shows us "nothing is impossible with HIM?"

Prayer Requests and Thoughts from my heart:

~Please continue to remember my brother in law, David. He endured three days of Chemo last week and is doing quite well. He had some nausea and fatigue, but was "caught" mowing his yard on the day after his 3rd Chemo treatment. We are thankful he felt well enough, but a little cranky with him for not allowing someone else to do it for him. It is still "pretty hot" in Pensacola, Florida....where he lives.

~Unspoken concerns: I can not tell you how many of my friends are in the midst of tremendous battles, right now. Not one battle, not two, but numerous battles in "each" of their lives. Each of these friends have grown stronger in their faith through this time and I praise GOD for how He is working in each of their lives. I am asking for as many of you as can and are willing to commit to pray for these people. I know you don't know them and I am not giving you many details, but trust me....they need an army to storm the heavens on their behalf and I knew just where to find that army. GOD will reign victorious. HE is faithful! I thank each of you ahead of time for your willingness to "storm the heavens" with me and I praise GOD for each of you!

By HIS mercy and in the grip of HIS grace,

Andrea

Someone I dearly love said at my son memorial service. "That you either get better or bitter" Though the hardest time of my life I am slowly getting better with God's help.

Hi, I tried to grab Amden's button and the picture keeps on coming up as a baby. So I found the one on your post and that button came up the same. The picture still shows as a baby..Can you try it? Maybe it's just me! Thanks Andrea.

I am learning..Seems like a new battle comes my way frequently. You are all sunshine and I am leraning that I do not have to do this all alone. I am very stubborn to a fault. Hey...I have been walking around on a fractured BIG toe for a month!! I climbed to the top of the Pensacola Light House!!
I am tough! Anybody believe me yet?

Hey Andrea!

Rejoicing over the praise report for Amden and so encouraged that David is doing better as well, PTL!

I will certainly be lifting the special "unspoken ones" before the Throne of Grace.....and standing with those special one's for deliverance, healing, breakthrough and restoration in the Mighty Name of Jesus!........HE IS FAITHFUL!!

Also, Andrea, my current post "Mighty Army! Warrior Bride! is about taking a stand as a warrior in the Army of God and fighting in the Spirit for what we believe like never before! The accompanying video is the declaration of a warrior in the Body of Christ and a must see (very anointed and powerful). I humbly suggest that you check it out!.....It really encouraged me and I know it will encourage you as well! TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!!

What a powerful weapon is prayer! It's taken me years to get just a small snippet of that fact. Not only does it change things, but me too.

Thanks for the call ...

Sorry. I just made it over here. After reading Sitka's note, I had planned to come right on over, but I had to run off to Korea first. Back now. Will ask my prayer group to join me in praying for all those in need in your life.

Praise God for the good news! I had to laugh at your David out mowing the lawn right after chemo, he sounds like a man who has enough determination and will to fight a ferocious battle with cancer, and win~

I find myself praying as I drive for many of those in need of prayer in blog-land. I am also the beneficiary of the many prayers on my behalf from blogging friends and bloggers I don't know at all, and I praise God for you all. Prayer works, God is good!
