Human Praise

"Do not love this world or the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are NOT from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever." 1John 2:16-17

Lately, I have received much praise regarding my writing, blogs, and other areas of my life. It is easy for me to be prideful and get caught up in the moment. I love to write and I love the fact that it comes naturally to me. However, I must be clear to each of my readers and followers:

The words you read or good deeds you may see are not me or mine. I am only the vehicle GOD chooses to use to share HIS love with you. I could not be more thankful for the gift of writing and a tender heart, but I know it is not my own. My heart is in constant struggle with the flesh over these beautiful gifts.

Praising GOD through word and prayer,

Andrea

Dear Andrea,

Knowing who you are just by reading your postings, one can feel that it all comes from the Lord. You are unique in His making and He is using you in this very special way by writing and glorifying Him at the same time.

You are an encouragement to others and so much more because of Him, because He made you that way. I am honored in knowing you through the blogging world, but I feel I know you so much more than that because of the big heart that you have and the love that you have for the Lord and for each one of us.

Thank you for filling me through Him when I come here.

Much love,
Alleluiabelle
