Thank you, Jerry K. Brown

(Scripture tag made by Edie)

Doug and I would like to thank Jerry K. Brown. He faithfully serves our country in Iraq. We enjoy the freedoms of American because of Jerry and other men and woman like him. Jerry flew a beautiful American flag in Iraq on September 11, 2009 and presented it to Doug and I through the mail. We have a beautiful certificate presenting it to us, too.

Doug and I are overwhelmed. This gift brought both of us to tears. We can not possibly express our feelings adequately. The best gift we could give back to Jerry and others serving our country is our continued prayers and support.

Please join Doug and I as we storm the heavens with prayers for Jerry and all those who serve our country in the armed forces.

May GOD bless America and all our troops!

Andrea

Beautiful! What a wonderful honor bestowed on you. Our men and women serving are the best, absolutely the best. God bless them...and yes, God, please bless America, and set her back on the course of reverence to your Holy Name.

That was so nice and thoughtful of him to offer that with both of you! Those serving to preserve our freedom truly needs our prayers always. They sacrifice so much!

Sis, please pray for my son's healing. He started getting sick today, just a little cough and low grade fever. Thank you for your prayers and friendship. Love and blessings to you.

We are so blessed to live in a country where we have so many freedoms.. Freedom to pray - freedom to not pray - freedom to speak our mind - freedom to worship in open - and these freedoms are because of the men and women who continue to fight for us..... May God bless them in a mighty way.

I'm with you Andrea. Praying for all those who choose to go fight for us so we can be free - Praying for God's protection over them, for their safety, and for them to not become discouraged. Sarah

Andrea,

What a blessing it must bring to know what the flag represents and to have it flown in Iraq on September 11th and returned to not only you and Doug but back on American soil! May you proudly display it in your home!

Dearest Andrea,

What a beautiful gift from one of the many, many servicemen and women who not only serve our country, but are fighting and covering others in the world who also want the freedom that we have as Gaia commented above. I am so humbled just thinking about it and tears well up in my eyes for what our troops do for us with such strength, courage, determination, perserverance and dedication to their country. Our strong support, prayers, faith, trust, and hope lay in God's divine hands to strongly cover and protect our servicemen and women each and every day.

Praise to you Almighty Father for watching over this entire world and for providing your divine love, protection, hope, trust and so much more in making this entire world a better place to live in freedom for all mankind.

I love you Andrea. You are such a blessing in my life and this post touched me dearly. I can only imagine how it touched you and Doug when you received such a gift.

Peace, Love & Warm Hugs,
Alleluiabelle

Oh that is so awesome! To fly the flag at any time is amazing, but to know where this one came from is pretty cool!

Andrea~

What an amazing gift! I have a new perspective on the military. My daughter married a young man in the Army who has already served in Iraq and will deployed, this time to Afghanistan.

I will be praying for all the men and women who fight to defend our freedoms!

Blessings~
